The team at Monarch Academy is expertly trained in Education, Social-Emotional Learning and the principles of Behavior Analysis. We regularly collaborate with our families, school districts and private therapists, and pride ourselves on our whole-child, whole-family approach. We believe “it takes village”, and have a committed, interdisciplinary team to meet the unique needs of our learners.​

 

Along with the Executive and Managerial team below, Monarch Academy is supported by over 30 dedicated Learning Specialists, Registered Behavior Technicians and Paraprofessionals with diverse backgrounds. Our front-line team is integral to our innovative programming, and work with children in both 1:1 and small group settings.​
